Water is one of the best things to keep you kicking throughout the day. Everyone is guilty of their 8AM morning coffee, but instead of grabbing for the 2nd,3rd, & 4th cup try picking up a nice water bottle and stay hydrated. You might notice that you have more of a  steady energy throughout the day without feeling the caffeine crash.

 

So how much water should you even drink in a day anyways? Well, it all depends on you as a person and what you really do all day, but on average try to get a 8oz glass at every meal and then one in between each meal. Remember, water is responsible for flushing all the bad toxins out of your body and also for carrying nutrients throughout. So the next time your skating or hitting the slopes, everytime your sweating your losing water....
