If your looking to excel in any action sports this summer now is the time to start training. Your training will depend on the sport your involved with, however you can never go wrong with some solid core training. These types of exercises will not only give you better posture, but prevent back problems and create a solid foundation for other exercises. I think its always good to get at least an hour or two a week of core exercises to stay strong.

 

There is a ton of great information out there on the internet of the "Top 10" core exercises both for beginners and advanced athletes. I like some of the stuff this video shows if your just starting out...
